Cancellation & refund policy

Home visits

You can cancel or reschedule a home visit for free up to 2 hours before your slot.

If you cancel later than that, or the vet arrives and cannot see the pet, the visit fee is charged. Any amount you prepaid beyond the visit fee is refunded.

Boarding and medical boarding

A 30% advance is needed to confirm a boarding booking.

Cancel 48 hours or more before check-in and we refund the advance in full. Within 48 hours, the advance is not refundable.

If you pick up early, you pay for the days your pet stayed.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
